All content — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of Mantis Eyewear and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel an order, and to change prices or product specifications at any time before acceptance.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment partners. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping & delivery

We deliver across the UAE and the wider region. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Free delivery thresholds and timelines are as shown at checkout.

Returns & warranty

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Each pair carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches from normal use, or improper care. See our returns information or contact us to start a return.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantis Eyewear is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
